Frozen: We recommend that you consume frozen items, within the best before date stated, for the best taste.
Chilled: Best consume within 1-2 days of opening! If sealed, they can last in the fridge for 5-7 days.
Desserts: Please keep chilled in the fridge, and consume within 5-7 days!
Yes, do remember to remove the label by cutting along the dotted line!
We make sure that our packaging is high in quality. They are food-safe and heat-safe, and can withstand temperatures of up to 120°C.
We will suggest to remove the content from the bag and onto a microwave safe dish before microwaving it according to the time stated.
Yes! We are 100% vegan!
Our products are certainly free of eggs and dairy milk. You will also find common allergens such as nuts and soy clearly labelled.
No worries, all our items are labelled accordingly for full transparency (e.g. contains alliums, gluten-free, etc) so you can consume with confidence!
Orders placed anytime between Saturdays to Mondays will be delivered from following Wednesday (6PM - 10PM), and orders placed anytime between Mondays to Thursdays will be delivered from following Saturday (2PM - 6PM).
Do note there will need to be someone home to receive the delivery, as items are delivered chilled or frozen.

With a minimum order of $40, get WS Deli items delivered to your kitchen at a flat rate of $12. Order more than $120 and be entitled to free delivery!

Please make sure someone is there to receive your WS Deli box during the delivery time slot you have selected!
Your purchases will come chilled or frozen, packed in a foil bag with gel ice packs, and placed in a carton box for delivery. They should be able to last out in the open for 30 min, but beyond that, we fear that the items will start to defrost! So please make sure you are there during the delivery time slot, ready to receive the items and store them away in your chiller or freezer.
Please let us know immediately! When your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please click ‘reply’ to that email, tell us what is the issue, and leave us with your contact number. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Yes, but only up till 12PM on the day before your delivery slot, e.g. if your delivery is scheduled for next Wednesday (5-10PM), the latest you can cancel is 12PM next Tuesday.
